Life is full of challenges and even a so-called normal day can bring on anxiety. You can enjoy life, rather than being stressed out by it; it's all about staying centered and living each day to the fullest! 1. Staying centered is a complementary action of expressing frequent thanks for the goodness in life and of realizing that there are so many others less fortunate than yourself. This keeps you blissful, or at least content, and keeps life in perspective for you. 2. When you face life's challenges with family, at work and in your social arena, make a point to enjoy your efforts. Generate fun and amusement instead of stress and irritation. For instance, make the morning rush a fun challenge instead of a stressful burden. Or wake earlier and cruise into the day in a more relaxed way. 3. When interacting with family, friends and work colleagues, don't get drawn into any frantacism, negativity or undo pressures. Everything entering your space is in your control and can be filtered with a calmer demeanor, and a more positive attitude and response. 4. Before anything else, the love of Christ should be in your heart and the driving force behind all that you do. Faith in God and love for His Son Jesus Christ is the most important priority for all Christian believers. A person must have this desire and be in this mindset before wisdom can follow. 5. Your relationship with our Lord must be maintained. All of us have to take care that our faith and Christian discipline is not diluted over time by the many temptations this world has to offer. If our faith and Christian love is diminished, so will our wisdom and ability to deal with life’s problems and challenges. Certain things happens in our life, and each happenings has best lessons which will enable us to learn from what we experience.
Life is truly what we make of it. Different tools we develop assist us make life into a positive happening. Through the struggles in my life, I have had the chance to be taught a few helpful hints. They are the following hints that you can also use in order to fight with life's challenges constructively. 1. Sometimes you just need a bat, that way when the rocks of life get tossed; you have a chance at hitting a home run. Life can hit us hard, at any time, but it is our actions that decide if we go up and continue on. Sometimes part of growing up is learning what goals and dreams are sensible for us. Recognizing when to move on can be a device in serving us continue in a positive course. Goals and dreams are important and should be set at levels that are challenging but not destructive in our lives. That equilibrium can mean all the difference between growing and failing. 2. Often we have to see the hope in another's eyes before we see the hope in our own. We have fought many battles in the last few years and have found this to be one of the truest facts. When I can't see a tomorrow, I only have to look around to see another person's situation, no matter how unusual, and be glad for my own blessings. I have also been told that people around me can find route from the examples I have set. Our struggles make us strong and may help others as well. 3. Just because the road is rocky and steep doesn't mean it is the wrong one. Tough climbs often arrive at the mountain top before easy paths. The view will always be beautiful from the top. Smooth trails have no foot holds with which to guide our feet. Trials in life give us stepping stones to lead us on.
Starting life over is something we must do every second. We must not wait until we want to start over because at that point wanting to start life over is only our futile wish to avoid what has already happened. Do you remember the lessons from an earlier chapter, in which we learned that we are tied to whatever we avoid? Trying to start our life over because we want to get away from our sad-self – or the sorry situations it has created – is like leaping onto a sinking ship to get off of a collapsing dock. Clearly, this is the way to go under, not to start over. But there is a way. Here is how. • Try and forget. Block it out of your life and memory. Try talking to a therapist or a health professional to try and do this a healthier way. Forgetting the past is one of the most challenging things to do, but it can be done. • Learn to be positive! If you keep moaning about your life, other people will only notice the bad aspects of your character and categorize you as a person who is 'Boring' - or worse! Who wants to spend time with a wet blanket! Go to places where people are positive and support you with positive thoughts. • Live life to the fullest. Do what you like to do. Take risks, but not so much risks that can hurt your own life the way you live it. Life is short, and everyone should live life to the fullest! Be bold. You only get one chance to live. Make it the best. Each person lives differently, so make the spotlights shine on your life! • Be open to change. Changes in your job, friends, and the government. With practice you will be able to anticipate it. • Be realistic. Change is hard; it's often the best possible thing you can do for yourself, but trying to change too many aspects of your life at once can be very stressful and can undo the good effect it was intended to have. Simple as it is are the simplest things which you can do in order to start a life again.
The significance of learning life lessons cannot be understated. It is an experience that if you do not realize from the lessons that life is trying to teach you, then they will be taught to you again and again until you do. A essential cause of much suffering and unhappiness is people's unwillingness to learn from mistakes, either their own or the mistakes of others. History is full of examples of people that kept making the same mistakes because they failed to realize from the lessons that life was teaching them. There are two main reasons for why this happens over and over again, ego and fear. Extreme pride and haughtiness caused by an out of control ego has been the downfall of many immense people. The strong sense of self confidence and obstinate determination gained from having a big ego can certainly help in life, but it is the negatives that will inevitably grounds self devastation. You must always keep an open mind so you can see all sides of an issue. Some of the hardest and best life lessons are learned when you are thoroughly persuaded about something but then see it in a different light and change your mind. The most frequent cause that people do not realize from life lessons is fear. This is because applying what you realize from life lessons is really about alteration, and alteration scares the hell out of people. They are so afraid of leaving the familiar that as each new opportunity presents itself they let it pass by, no matter how much it would improve their life. People become so wrapped up in their personalities and who they think they are; they think that change is impossible. "That's just who I am", is what you will hear often. This is said out of fear, because the person who said it does not want things to change. They want the whole thing to stay the same because it is at ease and known. The truth of the matter is that change is the only constant in life. That is why being flexible and having the aptitude to roll with the punches are such important life skills to have. Realize from the different lessons in your life, and for sure, you will grow from it.

Our life is always changing every day. The thing that may happen today is different from yesterday, and the choices that we made today have always its relationship with what we choose yesterday. Thus, we can basically say that life is what we make as the saying goes. The little choices that we make greatly affect our lives, thus it is necessary for us to make careful choices every day. In some point in our lives, we unknowingly make choices yet unaware of the fact that it will affect our lives. We do not how whether it positively or negatively affects us, thus making decisions must think well before uttering some words. The vast difference of us make those choices completely without knowing, paying little or no attention to the consequences of each of our actions. Only the very few - what the University of Chicago might term uncommonly successful people - have the presence of mind, the self-awareness, to realize the importance of the moment - every moment - and, in doing so, are all the more likely to choose their actions reflectively, mindfully. The converse, for what the same university might call "normal people" is that we continually build lives that, at best, are "not too bad", by not being mindful of the opportunities that each moment can potentially create. What we feel greatly depends on what we choose to see, and what we decide also depends on the situation that we are to face. We constantly respond to events which is not likely more important, and it is up for use to make bad or good decisions. In doing so, we might feel happy or on the other hand we can be sad. What we decide is what we live to be, thus making life’s choices is always the key to be happy.
